San Diego last November

This past November I got to go to San Diego and help with the breast cancer walk.  Next year I hope to walk with the 3 Day again.  Join me.  I'll be writing more about that later and give myself a better space to enjoy sharing my weekly goals for fundraising, and training.

Peace!

Walking I hope in 2020

2020 has been a year to remember, forget, hate?  Yes probably, we have experienced so much globally in a few weeks.  I think sometimes that my little self here how can what I do matter, or help?

That is when I started thinking about how can I support others during this time.  In the midst of my funk.

I started making masks for hospitals/caregivers/Mail carriers.
I started showing people how to cook.
I started making bread and mailing letters
I started giving my mail carrier an encouraging notes with hand cleaner
and
I signed up for 3 day breast cancer walk in San Diego.

I'm praying I can make it and that we will all be able in November of this year return to some type of new normal.

In the mean while I am using my training for the breast cancer walk a way to force myself to move my body and care for me.

If you would like to train with me let me know.  I think we can encourage each other during this time by encouraging each of us to make small goals.

This week: I hope to walk 20 miles.  That will be 4 miles more than last week.  Peace!

Let your goal inspire us all!

As I think about what I just signed up for again - a 60 mile walk.  A walk to share grace - hope and peace - walk to share Pink Grace.  A walk to stretch myself physically, mentally and spiritually.

This will be my last breast cancer walk.  I know this will be my best walk.  Why because I do it for each of you.  My prayers for you all of you will surround me and provide a lovely pink grace.

Peace !!
